The idea of creating my own typeface poped up half way of my kinetic summer journey, I was questioning about the point of kinetic typography. Why do we need to move the type? Couldn’t find an answer. Out from advertising intentions, designers use the rhythm in motion or text content to express a feeling or better show the typeface. I believe designing a typeface could help me understand kinetic typography more and to find a better answer. Besides, I got increasingly interested in calligraphy fonts, I have to do it!
