At Coach, I contributed to a wide range of marketing campaigns and motion assets spanning 2021 to 2024.
From large-scale seasonal rollouts to in-store animations, I worked closely with creative directors and production teams to bring the brand's vision to life across digital and physical platforms. My role involved motion design, visual storytelling, and creative automation to streamline asset delivery for global outlets. Below is a selection of featured works I led or contributed to during my time with the brand.

Displayed at the conference, this work serves as a visual asset that captures and reinforces the Coach brand's distinctive vibe.
DESIGN CHALLENGE
Technical challenge - I received a flat visual of Coach’s signature C grids, with each C masked and layered with special effects in Adobe Illustrator. These effects weren’t easily transferable to After Effects, making it difficult to animate.
I rebuilt the file in After Effects by first creating one looping C animation, then applying it across the larger grid.

DESIGN CHALLENGE
The brief was vague and shared verbally — simply something like “balloons in the sky.” Without references or visuals of the physical installation, translating that abstract idea into a cohesive visual required interpreting the brand’s tone and experimenting with playful forms, textures, and motion to capture the right feeling.Coach Pride Month Animation / 2023

DESIGN CHALLENGE
Each month, Coach requests campaign content to be displayed across our global Outlet stores. The challenge is that each store has its own spec requirements. As the motion designer, I’m responsible for adapting our three standard campaign formats to meet those specs, which also involves manually adding promotional cards to the footage.This process used to take a lot of my time and bandwidth—time I wanted to free up so I could contribute to more creative projects on our team.
Before the GPT era, I taught myself Adobe ExtendScript and built a custom After Effects tool that streamlined the process. What originally took 4 days of manual work now takes just 1 day. With the tool, you only need to prep 1 single comp, and generating the other required specs becomes quick and effortless.
